Cookbook Holder / Stand

This is the third version of a cookbook holder that I’ve designed/built, and my favorite by far. Previous versions didn’t have the ability to lay flat, so storage wasn’t really an option. Both of these units (you can see a purple design in the last photo) now can be easily disassembled for storage but will still be sturdy without the risk of falling over during use.

This design also ended up using much denser wood than I had used previously (the Wenge really carried it’s weight), which is definitely something I’m going to continue with in the future.

Primary materials include: Wenge, Mahogany, Canary Wood, Ash, Brass rods
